You will lead a team of talented designers and collaborate closely with clients, project managers, architects, and contractors to ensure that each project not only meets but exceeds expectations. · A minimum of 5 years of experience in residential new construction and architectural design, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. · Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. · A commitment to diversity, creativity and continuous learning.
