A company is looking for a Lead Office Designer to create detailed office and laboratory designs while mentoring the design team.Key ResponsibilitiesCreate 3D renderings of laboratory and office designs, ensuring MEP requirements are metMentor and train Office Designers and Equipment Specialists, providing software and process supportPrioritize project requests and evaluate designer workloads to recommend resource assignmentsRequired QualificationsAssociate's Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Drafting, or related field, or equivalent experience5 years of experience in general space planning in healthcare design using Revit or similar softwarePreferred: Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Drafting, or related fieldExperience with dental office space planning or equipment requirements is preferred
