Key Responsibilities : Establish design methodologies and systems across various products Lead the design of user experiences for both B2B and B2C applications Recruit and develop a high-performing design team while implementing AI tools for design acceleration Required Qualifications : 8+ years of product design experience with at least 3 years in a leadership role Experience designing across complex product ecosystems Proven ability to build and scale design systems Advanced proficiency in modern design tools, particularly Figma Experience in conducting user research and usability testing
