Lead Residential Architectural + Interior Designer

We are seeking a Lead Residential Architectural Design professional to join our team. This position will guide Meadowlark clients through the design and build process, using knowledge of residential design and construction. In addition, the ideal candidate will have the following qualifications: • Ability to draft, design, detail, and modify project designs/plans while applying standard architectural techniques/procedures • Understanding of building design + systems + construction processes • Practical experience working with Architectural drawing sets, elevations, cabinetry, finish selections and interior details • Deadline-driven and able to guide design projects to construction • Strong listening, follow-up, collaboration, and closing skills • Sales acumen with emphasis on relationship-focused techniques • Be highly organized with an eye for detail • Excellent written + oral communication skills • Ability to thrive working in a fast-paced, open-concept office environment • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Interiors • 7 - 9+ years Design experience (Residential remodeling experience preferred) We offer: • A competitive salary commensurate with experience • A comprehensive benefits package • Paid time off including paid holidays + personal time off • A creative + innovative work environment
