Lead Senior Designer

Purpose: As the Lead Senior Designer at Floor & Decor, you will spearhead our design team to deliver exceptional consultative design services, forging lasting relationships and brand loyalty with our valued customers. • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. • For internal candidates, a minimum of 24 months of experience in a Floor & Decor Designer role is required. Essential Functions • Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain lasting relationships with both residential and professional clients. • Provide a warm greeting to customers entering the store and assist with their design needs.
