Role Overview The Lead Stager is responsible for translating Jica’s design vision into fully realized, on-site installations. This role sits at the intersection of creative direction and operational execution, ensuring that every project is prepared thoughtfully, installed seamlessly, and aligned with Jica’s aesthetic standards. The Lead Stager is both a creative executor and a team leader, responsible for guiding staging assistants and maintaining consistency across all installs. Installation Leadership & Styling 1-3 years interior styling, merchandising or interior design experience preferred Reliable transportation - independent travel to and from multiple (2-4) locations per day is common
