LEAD TRIM CARPENTER – SIGN-ON BONUS! Agape Construction Company (Kirkwood, MO) has an IMMEDIATE NEED for a LEAD TRIM CARPENTER experienced in finish work of RESIDENTIAL additions and remodels. We are offering a SIGN-ON BONUS of $500-$1,000 (based on level of experience) payable after 6 months of successful employment. We specialize in large additions, garages, kitchens, baths, basements, porches, outdoor spaces, etc. • Install deck, porch and other exterior trim • Hang drywall • Use a laser or transit level to establish grades and elevations • Do simple repairs in painting, staining, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, flooring, drywall and taping REQUIREMENTS: • Able to work independently; think outside the box • Have your own tools • Drive a reliable truck or van • Have a clean background check and able to pass a drug screen • VALID driver’s license and current vehicle insurance BENEFITS • Steady 40 hours per week • Excellent Health, Dental and LTD insurance provided • Vacation, PTO, Paid Holidays • Simple IRA with company match • Mileage and phone reimbursement • Weekends off - great work / life balance Compensation based on experience.
