Lead Window and Door Installer - $2,500 Signing Bonus

Position Overview CalCo Design & Renovation is expanding our window and door division and looking for an experienced Lead Window & Door Installer. Maintain a clean, organized work area, protect the homeowner's property, and communicate professionally with clients regarding the daily installation process.Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company safety protocols on every job site.Qualifications & Requirements Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years of dedicated residential window and door installation experience, with at least 1–2 years in a lead or foreman role.Technical Skill: Deep knowledge of pocket and full-frame replacement techniques, proper flashing, waterproofing details, insulation methods, and interior/exterior trim finishing.Product Knowledge: Familiarity with high-performance vinyl, wood, and fiberglass window and door systems.Tools & Transport: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record to travel throughout our Pennsylvania service territory.
