DESCRIPTION: Innovative mobile/off-grid systems solution company seeking Lead Woodworker to take on responsibility of overseeing day to day production of primarily CNC router constructed sheet good cabinets and assemblies. Our company, Just Roaming Design, designs and builds high end build-outs for mobile vehicle applications. Our goal is to integrate cutting edge power regeneration and storage systems with luxury interiors to produce bespoke solutions exceeding the functionality and needs of our individual clients. -Good spatial awareness -Work with a small team towards a single vision -Pivot between multiple projects as needed. -Safe and competent operation of all woodworking equipment -Oversee up to 2 woodworkers -Extensive material knowledge outside of sheets good and hardwoods is + -Commercial finishing experience is a huge + -Forklift experience is a + but not necessary -Metalworking is a + but not absolutely necessary Be a good human Have a good sense of humor Love doing cool stuff Bigots need not apply COMPENSATION: Full time contract position guarantees (35 hrs) to start with huge amounts of growth available.
