Major Duties and Responsibilities: Proficiency in computer skills needed for the position Comprehensive understanding of referral resources available for a variety of needs to support the social, emotional, mental and spiritual wellbeing of residents. Collaborates within the WellFit Department staff on Fitness/Wellness projects, for the greater good of the staff members and senior population at Royal Oaks, within the scope knowledge, skills and abilities. Is responsible for promptly reporting to the Director of Health Services, or the President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) incidents or evidence of resident abuse or a violation of residents’ rights.
