Logistics & Management of Home Staging Warehouse JOB DESCPRITION: Full time position at 35-40 hours per week Monday-Friday Cultivates a culture of safety, organization, and a clean working environment Responsible for operations and inventory management in the warehouse Works with Staging Manager to facilitate all staging installs and move outs Manages moving crew Quality control of furniture wrapping, packing, and repairing Communicates to Staging Manager any inventory needs, replacements, or damages Proactively handles warehouse supply shortages and challenges Schedules vehicle maintenance and maintains vehicle cleanliness This description indicates the general nature of the qualifications and duties required in this job classification, as well as the essential functions a person must be able to perform in this job. REQUIREMENTS: Excellent customer service skills and professional demeanor and appearance Very good written communication and technology skills Able to be a self-starter and work independently without direction Ability to work well both independently and in a team atmosphere Knowledge of warehouse operations and procedures Good problem-solving skills, and the ability to troubleshoot problems and think on your feet Ability to deal effectively with a wide range of personalities Must have and maintain a valid driver's license and a clean driving record and be able to drive up to a 26’ box truck Ability to drive a forklift Professional moving experience a plus Ability to lift up to 145 lbs with assistance Must have your own reliable transportation PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS This is primarily an active position, involving long periods of standing and lifting items weighing up to 145 lbs and may be required to lift up to 145lbs with assistance.
