• Calm and kind under pressure • Team player • Good Communication skills verbally and in writing • Positive attitude • Organized • Willingness to learn new things • Comfortable with online invoicing software and following established office systems • Proficient in Excel and working on computer • Reconcile invoices and back charge clients • Obtain quotations from vendors • Comfortable interacting with our exclusive clientele in person or on the phone. • Flexibility to work from home with limited office time • Potential to grow into a full time office manager position • Min 20 hours required per week • The starting rate begins at $19.00 per hour, with adjustments based on the candidate's experience and skill set • Must have reliable transportation and be able to commute to Truckee occasionally. - Schedule furniture installations for logistics team If you have a passion for working in a fast paced enviroment and possess the required skills, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
