Key responsibilities include: • Providing a personalized experience for clients through expert product knowledge and elevated service • Qualifying and educating potential clients on our services and offerings • Owning all phases of the client experience from initial contact through delivery • Growing and maintaining a strong client base through strategic relationships • Ensuring fiscal goals are achieved through data-driven decision making • Representing our brand values through communication, personal appearance, and professionalism • Maintaining a deep understanding of the luxury and design industry trends Requirements include: • Experience in a high-end retail or design firm preferred • Art, Architecture, or Interior Design background preferred • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills • Strategic thinking and mental agility • Highly organized and results-driven • Collaborative mindset and excellent verbal and written communication skills • Proficiency in Mac Operating System, IOS devices, Microsoft Office, and Google Applications
