Assist with client presentations and meetings Act as a secondary client liaison to ensure client satisfaction Source materials, make selections, and prepare detailed proposals Lead project management and ensure projects stay on track Prepare and update project specifications and documentation Take the lead on CAD and drawing tasks Create and manage proposals and purchase orders Follow up with vendors to ensure timely deliveries Coordinate installations and ensure flawless execution Mentor and guide Junior Designers • *Qualifications:** Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) in Interior Design 5 years of experience in interior design Previous experience with residential and commercial interior design NCIDQ certification is a plus Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Apple products/software, and Microsoft Office Key skills in field measuring and floor plan development Construction knowledge on residential and boutique commercial projects Strong presentation skills Ability to travel to job site visits in the Central Florida corridor • *Benefits:** Annual Salary + Bonus Potential + Full Benefits Package Full Benefits Package: Healthcare (100% covered by the employer), PTO, Holidays, Personal days, team gatherings, and more
