Luxury Residential Designer

• *About the Role** We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Interior Designer to lead our luxury residential design projects from conception to completion. This is an excellent opportunity for a collaborative and skilled Senior Interior Designer to join our team and work on high-end residential projects in Dallas, TX. This role requires a strong background in interior design, project management, and team leadership. • *Responsibilities** • Oversight of multiple design projects from conception to completion • Client communication and collaboration with our principal • Leadership and management of design teams • *Requirements** • Bachelor's degree from a 4-year CIDA accredited Interior Design program or equivalent • 5-10 years of experience in luxury residential interior design • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Studio Designer, and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Complete understanding of luxury textiles, rugs, window coverings, and upholstery, furnishings, and decoration • Experience in project management and team leadership • *What We Offer** • Competitive annual salary ($80,000 - $110,000) + bonus potential + full benefits package • Medical, dental, vision, 401K with company match, paid time off, flexible working style, and more
