Luxury Residential Designer

The Vanguard Theory is a multi-disciplinary design consultancy that delivers creative direction, brand development, interior design, and procurement services for hotels, restaurants, and luxury residences. We are seeking a Senior Interior Design Specialist to join our team who has 5+ years work experience in Interior Design or Architecture, proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and SketchUp/Enscape, and a strong portfolio of work experience. The successful candidate will be able to communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and team members, create project schedules, identify milestones, and plan deliverables. They will also have the opportunity to work on multiple projects simultaneously, collaborate with other design consultants, and coordinate with general contractors, subcontractors, and installers. Required skills and qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or Interior Design, 5+ years work experience in Interior Design or Architecture, proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and SketchUp/Enscape, and a portfolio of work experience.
