Transformative Space Design Opportunity We are seeking a talented Interior Designer to contribute their expertise in luxury, high-end design for Custom Residential, Boutique Commercial and Estate & Land Planning projects. Our award-winning staff is passionate about creating inspirational designs with collaboration between interior designers and architects as a top priority. Responsibilities may include: • Providing support to interior design staff members • Meting with clients and managing projects with senior staff colleagues • Engaging in all aspects of design and construction documents creation • Assisting with site observations and as-built documentation preparation • Selecting furniture, materials, décor, and finishes options • Construction documents and specifications assistance services • Selecting, ordering, tracking, receiving, and installing fixtures and finishes components • Installing and photoshoots assistance activities • Weekly correspondence with clients via email or phone • Internal coordination with project architect, contractor, and consultant teams • Travel to remote job sites for project meetings and inspections • Attending industry trade shows and events • Meting with manufacturers' representatives and maintaining good-standing relationships • Marketing to new clients and existing client relationships
