• Collaborate with the Director of Interiors and senior design team to develop design concepts • Understand the architectural design process and integration of interior design concepts with ability to lead and develop design element components • Assist the team with the selection of fixtures, finishes, furniture and coordinate with vendors/dealers, under the supervision of senior staff • Support the project team in all aspects of programming, schematic design, design • Proficient in the following software: AutoCAD, Revit (strongly preferred), Sketch-up, Adobe Creative Suite, and MS Office Suite • Strong competency in interior design specifications, calculations and industry standards, and application of building codes and specifications • Basic sketching and rendering skills • Experience with furnishings and finishes, selections and specifications • Working knowledge of Construction Documents • Experience with space planning methodology
