Manager, Interior Design & Space Planning

The Architectural team in the WMATA Office of Facilities is looking for a mission-driven and goal-oriented Manager who will lead the Interior Design and Space Planning team. The Interior Design and Space Planning Manager provides tactical support and is responsible for planning and managing all space usage and related modifications to WMATA non-public administrative office and support facilities. This position oversees space planning and interior design and addresses space needs by conducting utilization analysis and programming. governing space allocation, and the applicable WMATA Workplace and Interior Design Standards. • Reviews of construction documents produced by staff or external consultants to ensure compliance with Authority's Workplace Guidelines and Standards, Design Criteria, and applicable building, life safety codes, and ADA.
