At the project level, a successful Interior Design Manager provides design guidance via informal and formal reviews thru the lens of the brand and ensures that design standards are adhered to both programmatically and for quality. Education and Experience Preferred • 4-year degree from an accredited interior design program • Six or more years experience in the hospitality design industry • NCIDQ certificate • Develops and maintains liaison with all appropriate divisions, departments, and owners. Additional Responsibilities • Informs, updates, and provides information to supervisors, co-workers, and subordinates by telephone, in written form, e-mail, or in person in a timely manner.
