The Design-Build Team can vary greatly depending on the size and complexity of the projects, which in turn will affect the number of responsibilities the Architectural Design Manager will be involved in. Within this leadership position, you will harness and help to grow the Design team, including both new and veteran team members within architectural, interior and building design disciplines. Additionally, this role ensures constant communication occurs throughout internal Design+Build processes, supporting growth opportunities for the individuals, the department and the impact this team has on the company as a whole. o Review project deliverables and maintain project information repository. o In your management role, be a mentor to team members by providing guidance, feedback, QA/QC, and direction on design methodologies.
