Marie Flanigan Interiors is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to join our Houston studio. We are looking for someone who thrives behind the scenes, enjoys solving logistical challenges, and takes pride in ensuring every project is executed with precision from pricing through installation. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys managing details, coordinating with vendors, tracking hundreds of moving pieces, and supporting a high-performing design team. While experience in luxury residential interior design is preferred, we are equally interested in candidates with exceptional organizational skills, strong follow-through, and a desire to grow within our firm. As an Operations Coordinator, you will support our Operations team in managing the purchasing and execution side of luxury residential interior design projects from our Houston studio.
