Market Lead Designer

The Market Lead Designer – Naples will serve as the local lead for Naples-area projects, clients, and relationships. • Lead Naples-based residential design projects from concept through completion • Serve as the primary local point of contact for clients, builders, and trades • Execute design concepts in alignment with Natasa Jones Interiors’ aesthetic and standards • Oversee local site visits, installations, and project execution • Build and maintain relationships with Naples-area builders, realtors, and vendors • Contribute to market growth through relationship-building and business development • Uphold brand standards, pricing structure, and client experience expectations • Collaborate closely with leadership and the core design team Compensation is commission based.
