Top Notch Transformations, LLP is a residential construction and remodeling company, seeking one experienced, professional carpenter to join our team. This person is highly motivated and eager to work on custom transformations for our long-term client base. The perfect candidate has a high level of understanding of the scope of the project, and possesses a deep understanding of customer’s needs. Roles and Responsibilities • Building stick-frame structures including floor joists & decking, wall systems, rafter and/or truss systems, etc. • Installing cabinetry and custom millwork, fabricate built-in cabinetry and shelving • Install & finish drywall, insulation, tile, interior millwork • Adding fixtures and fittings such as door handles, locks, hinges and closures • Installing plumbing and electrical fixtures, appliances and other finishes • Liaising with clients, suppliers and other construction professionals • Reading blueprints and designs to work to specifications prepared by other construction professionals, architects and building code recommendations Qualifications • Minimum of 10 years full-time carpentry experience • Be able to physically perform the duties of the job • Must have reliable transportation • Must possess own insurance and tools
