Material Resource Librarian (Color/Material Library Coordinator)

Position: Material Resource Librarian (Color/Material Library Coordinator) Location: Canoga ParkHours: Full timeSalary: $20+/hr. Responsibilities: Processing sample orders and requests through the different departments Quality control of the stock and custom architectural samples Stocking, preparing and assembling samples and marketing materials for distribution to customers. Processing packaging and shipping sample requests Taking ownership of the samples Library and its processes and procedures Greeting and assisting walk-in customers with color and material selection. Duties include:  Stocking and assembling color and materials samples  Stocking, preparing and assembling written marketing materials  Assisting walk-in customers with color and materials selection  Filing samples and written materials in an orderly, easy to retrieve manner  Coordinating with other departments so that samples are prepared and delivered on time.  Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
