The core responsibility of the Field Support Associate is to conduct in-home measuring of Customer's space/s in the Greater Bay Area while providing exceptional customer service. You must be able to drive significant distances to service our Client base. Being Technology-savvy in PC Windows-10 platform is mandatory, as our business is done almost exclusively through technology, including a proprietary project management system, Salesforce, Word, Excel, Adobe Detail Oriented and able to measure accurately within 1/8”. Able to provide high level of customer service. Understanding of the Interior Design environment is a bonus!
