Mid-Level Interior Designer

As a either a Mid-Level Interior Designer, you will… • Possess a knowledge of all aspects of interior design and interior architecture, including programming, space planning, color and material research and sustainability FF&E, lighting design. • Assist or lead programming efforts and analysis. • Assist in developing design and technical solutions for projects in all phases, including graphics, renderings, physical modeling, and performance metrics for the successful communication of the design goals. • Assist in the execution of Construction Administration responsibilities and project close-out. • Excellent communication skills, design presentation, and storytelling skills • Experience in the detailing and execution of construction documents with minimal supervision • Experience with complex multi-phased higher education, healthcare, civic and/or commercial development projects is desired • Proficiency in Revit and Microsoft Office • Enscape, Rhino, Sketch-Up, and Adobe Suite proficiency preferred • A bachelor or higher degree in Interior Design, Architecture or Interior Architecture and a minimum of 8 years of experience in the field.
