• Coordination with clients, vendors, contractors and purchasing agents throughout the design and specification process to ensure that projects are adhering to outlined project schedules. Must be able to work in a team environment, be well organized, have strong communication skills, be attentive to detail, have strong problem solving skills, a strong work ethic and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously. The ability to problem solve at the conceptual level and work with a variety of design concepts a must. • Must have 5-10 years of experience working with high-end design projects. • Experience with BaseCamp or similar timekeeping software a plus.
