An established interior design studio seeking mid/senior level designer with NO LESS than 5 years of experience with a design or architectural firm. Experience, skills, knowledge base should include NO LESS than: -Proficient Auto Cad skills and digital drawing skills, i.e., Sketchup, Revit, Indesign -Proficient in developing interior detailing documents and schedules -Proficient in space planning for both residential and commercial projects -Ability to develop and execute presentation materials and organization of project specification manuals -General knowledge base of building codes, ADA compliant codes, and knowledge of "Green/Sustainability" design -At ease working "in the field" on projects -Strong knowledge base of high-end furniture manufacturers, custom furniture design and ability to execute designs with workrooms -Strong knowledge base of window treatments, art, and accessories -Strong knowledge base of all phases of design from conceptual development through project installation -General knowledge of "in office" management programs such as Studio IT -Knowledge in Photoshop -Social networking skills, website development and maintenance add a plus to the resume -Self-motivated and highly organized with attention to ALL details of the project -Strong collaborative attitude and communication skills with all members of the team Resume, examples of work, and recommendations are required.
