If you are looking for an opportunity to be part of a team that makes a difference in the lives of others through design, apply here.About Us: ModaScapes Interior Design is a dynamic and award-winning team based in Scottsdale. https://go.cultureindex.com/s/UgGnLsXWjO These are the traits that will most align with our company’s needs, so if this is YOU, we’d love to talk.Responsibilities:Pre-screen in bound opportunities and determine whether a consultation is warrantedSchedule and attend client meetings as part of the design team and record detailed notesGenerate floor plan and elevation drawings digitally, both 2D and 3DAdd details, ledgers, and keys to design drawings to create accurate construction documentsCollaborate with others to establish timelines and budgets, as well as solve problemsSource materials, fixtures and furnishings included in plansAbility to analyze data and situations and produce creative solutionsGo on site visits to inspect work and communicate with General Contractors and subcontractorsProvide ongoing support and guidance to clients throughout the design processParticipate on installation days which involves moving furnishings, placing accessories and hanging artParticipate in social media posting to further the company’s marketing effortsRequirements & Skills:Associate degree in interior design or five years’ experienceExperience in the design and construction industry, math, and materialsEffective and respectful communication skills when collaborating with othersAn independent person with the ability to proactively solve problemsKnowledge in construction documentation using AutoCAD, Chief Architect, or SketchUp Proficient in PC and MS Office products (Teams experience a plus)Willingness to follow company procedures/systems and offer solutions for improvementSense of urgency to complete tasksProject management experience a plusClean driving record and ability/willingness to drive to appointmentsCompany DescriptionModaScapes Interior Design is a dynamic and award-winning team based in Scottsdale.
