• Work with departmental floor staff to train them on how to create and keep up displays to the Molbak’s standard. • Perform duties in a professional, efficient manner, including; • Communicate effectively and openly with managers and co-workers. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: • Individuals in the team will bring various skills and talents to the team, such as: solid horticultural knowledge; ability to use design to drive sales; understanding of floor layouts and traffic patterns; resourceful use of materials; inspiring floral design; signage and banner placement. • Able to work, standing, walking, bending, moving, or lifting up to 100% of the day. • Retail customer service experience preferred.
