Miami's premier luxury residential home builder is looking to add a talented designer to their team. The ideal candidate will have excellent creative thinking skills and be able to create designs based on conversations with a client. This dynamic role will blend interior design with graphic design, interior branding and marketing and some event coordination.ResponsibilitiesCreate attractive designs and layouts for various projectsMeet with client in order to understand the client's objectives and desiresCommunicate effectively with client, vendors and team in order to address client's needsPrepare presentations (3D, 2D,mock-ups and renderings) for clientsMaintain industry knowledge and relevant trendsAssist marketing team with design as neededAssist in event coordination, design, layout and any presentationsQualificationsBachelor's degree in interior design and 2 - 3 years of experienceProficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office suite / BluebeamStrong creative and communication skillsDemonstrated ability to executePlease submit resume to be considered.
