SJS Executives, LLC (SJS), also doing business as SJS Industrial, is currently seeking a reliable, experienced, NCIDQ Qualified Interior Designer to work full time for SJS Executives supporting a Federal Medical Facility in San Francisco supporting ongoing construction operations supporting their Master Plan. Provide interior design support for healthcare facility construction, renovation, and modernization projects. Review architectural and engineering design submittals for compliance with federal standards, facility requirements, and healthcare design guidelines. Knowledge of healthcare facility design principles, space planning, and FF&E management. Must be able to successfully pass a drug test and a thorough background check for access onto a military installation; please note the background check for this position extends past 7 years, in conformance with federal law and US Department of Justice guidelines for work on a military installation.
