Job Responsibilities Include: • Identifying prospective customer firms and determining the appropriate decision-makers within those firms. Key responsibilities in this process include but are not limited to: • Identifying and qualifying the specific requirements and scope of work for the customer firm. • Collaborating with the Business Development team to leverage relationships with influencers in commercial real estate, architecture and design (A&D) firms, construction, and facilities management, and identifying new opportunities. • Utilizing company software and technology to continually update both quotes and client-facing activities and providing timely and accurate sales forecasts. Job Requirements • Bachelor’s degree or applicable job experience.
