Joyner Homes is seeking a New Home Design Consultant to guide new homebuyers through interior and exterior selections for their new home. Key Responsibilities • Meet with customers to determine interior and exterior selections for their home • Advise customers on selections that align with style, budget, and current trends • Prepare non-standard option pricing requests for Purchasing • Create full selection documents, including plan adjustments, sketches, and exhibits • Coordinate with suppliers to keep studio materials current and on trend • Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and labeling of the Design Studio • Request product samples and updated materials from suppliers • Update schedules and task lists in construction software • Assist with social media and marketing initiatives as needed • Support a smooth, positive customer experience throughout the selection process • Support additional design and coordination tasks as needed If you enjoy working with clients, staying current on trends, and helping turn ideas into homes that feel distinct and meaningful, Joyner Homes offers a collaborative environment where your taste, organization, and people skills can make a real impact.
