New Home Design Studio Manager

This is a full-time, on-site role for a New Home Design Studio Manager based in Greenville, SC. The Design Studio Manager will coordinate with homebuyers and sales consultants, oversee schedule adherence, and lead the design process from initial consultation to final selections. Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to provide guidance and support to homebuyers throughout the design processProven expertise in Team Leadership and the ability to manage a collaborative design team effectivelyExperience in Sales, with a focus on assisting clients to make informed and satisfying choicesProject Management skills, including the ability to track timelines, coordinate with stakeholders, and meet deadlinesFamiliarity with interior design principles or homebuilding processes is highly desirableDetail-oriented mindset with strong organizational and multitasking abilitiesProficiency in design software and tools is a plusBachelor’s degree in interior design, project management, or a related field preferredExperience and understanding in reading blue prints preferred Cothran Homes is proud to provide this unique career opportunity in a progressive environment with continuous learning and opportunity for growth, as well as a competitive compensation and benefit package.
