The Design Department at Homes by Taber manages every color, texture, and selection that goes into the homes we build. This position would require the employee to conduct the design meetings in our design center with those clients that have opted to build a home. Job... Responsibilites • Conduct Design Meetings in our Design Center • Keep up to date with Design Trends • Communicate to Clients via Email, Skype, Facetime, Or Go To Meeting • Be willing to work evenings and Saturdays (When Required) • Develop relationships with current vendors for new products • Assist in creating designs and products to go into our future homes. • Track and keep up to date on all changes for homes that candidate designed • Input data on selection sheets from the design meetings Benefits • Salary -Based on Experience • Simple IRA Option with Employer Match • Health, Dental, and Vision (company pays half) • Home Purchase program • Paid Vacation • **All benefits start 90 days after employment
