Our thoughtfully curated selection of home goods reflects our core beliefs of buying into good, minimal designs that are well made, sustainable and last. Background in design, interiors or architecture a plus. • An appreciation for minimalistic, modern design and a keen awareness of design trends • Excellent reading, written and verbal language skills • Excellent communication/listening skills, empathy and kindness a must • Fundamental math skills • Ability to move and/or lift up to 40 pounds, heavier merchandise with team assist • Must be available to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays • Exceptional customer service skills – professional, calm and supportive • Team player: cooperative, builds relationships easily and support of peers, and encourages collaboration • Social media, website and eCommerce experience a plus • Indoor plant educated a plus What you’ll do: • Hours: 20-40 per week, weekends & some holidays required • Maintain entrance, register and sales floor coverage • Maintain all store displays and shelves in between customer interactions • Remain attentive to customer needs and provide product suggestions and advice as needed • Work with local architects and interior designers for furniture & lighting orders • Assist with online order fulfillment.
