AquaGrille - Juno Beach, Florida The Dining Room Manager & Maître d' will serve as one of our key leadership team members who will oversee the daily service operations for an exciting, new restaurant in Juno Beach, FL. The Dining Room Manager & Maître d' will innovate and implement all steps of service, provide constant guidance and support for team members, and collaborate and communicate with the culinary leadership team as well. Minimum 2 years’ experience as a manager in a medium to high-volume establishment with 3-star/3-diamond level of service Highly educated in service, food and beverage with an emphasis on front door management, reservation systems and revenue maximization Open availability including nights, weekends and holidays Flexible and willingness to adapt to ongoing changes Fluency in Microsoft Office Suite & POS systems Professional and confident verbal and written communication with guests, team members and ownership Bachelor’s Degree preferred (though not required) with stable employment history Benefits: Growth potential within an organization that offers a competitive salary, vacation and sick pay, health, dental and vision insurance, dining benefits, and the opportunity work in a brand new facility with state-of-the- art equipment and systems.
