NLP Program Coordinator

Baskin Engineering is focused on building collaborative connections and expanding instruction and research activities for faculty and students at UC Santa Cruz, both at its Santa Cruz campus and at its campus in Silicon Valley, the international center of technological innovation. **JOB SUMMARY** The Natural Language Processing (NLP) Professional MS program of the Department of Computer Science and Engineering is seeking a Program Coordinator who will serve as one of the key roles for the professional NLP MS program. The Program Coordinator for the NLP Professional MS program provides administrative support for the NLP Program Director and the Executive Director and faculty of the NLP Program. The Program Coordinator will assist with developing a strategic plan for social media outreach to target markets locally, nationally, and internationally; develop marketing materials, including fliers, social media posts and advertisements, and webinar materials to educate the public on our programs; as well as be technically oriented to use analytics and search engine optimization techniques to boost the program in appropriate venues. The Program Coordinator will establish and maintain inter-institutional relationships with faculty and staff at colleges and universities whose students may be a fit for our programs.
