SUMMARY OF POSITION Our SERVERS work with the entire Tribe at NOMAD to maintain impeccable service and a clean, safe environment. REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE \\- Must be self-motivated with a strong commitment to customer service. \\- Must be able to maintain a clean working environment. RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE \\- Prepare tables and lounge areas with special attention to sanitation and maintaining visual/design standards \\- Attend to customers upon entrance and throughout the NOMAD space \\- Sharing the NOMAD story with patrons, along with answering or facilitating answers about artwork and design merchandise \\- Make wine, beverage, and food recommendations \\- Take and serve orders \\- Collaborate with other servers and kitchen staff \\- Deal with complaints or problems with a positive attitude \\- Issue bills and process payment
