Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture or Architecture • Must be a NC Registered Interior Designer or have NCIDQ certification • Minimum 10 years working experience in commerical interior design, not residential • Proficient in AutoCAD Architectural to help faciliate design and support their team • Strong creative and communication skills • Demonstrated ability to execute • Leadership and communication skills to maintain a healthy team culture • Must have extensive experience leading healthcare and medical office projects. • Must align with our company core values: Family Focused, Client Centric, Detail Oriented, Forward Thinking and Passionate • Special consideration given to applicants who have strong existing relationships with Medical Office Building Owners, brokers, or tenants in the Triangle that would be interested in continuing to bring you projects at our Company.
