Busy Midtown Phoenix Design Center Looking for a Showroom Manager. The Store Manager is the most global position in the store. They must be able to oversee all aspects of the store, including all product, merchandising functions, business processes and results for the store. Responsibilities: Hold the showroom open Sell materials to new potential clients and walk ins Organize and create vignettes showcasing our designs Order and Inventory materials Maintain vendor relationships and bring in new products and switch out dated ones regularly Schedule delivery of materials Warranty items Run Social media posts Add pictures of designs to website Qualifications: Self-driven and results-oriented with a clear business focus Strategic planner with the ability to prioritize according to business needs Demonstrates exceptional customer service skills with both internal and external partners Communicates honestly, openly, and constructively Clear and concise communicator (verbal & written) Flexible and solution oriented Displays flexibility in adapting to changing conditions by demonstrating the ability to reset priorities based on store and business needs Aligns all store activities to ensure all business goals are met
