The Office Admin / Design Assistant will be responsible for daily administrative tasks including providing assistance to the design team, maintaining office supplies and the FiveWest Showroom. Qualifications • Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with clients, team members, and to work independently with minimal supervision • Experience in providing administrative assistance and handling office tasks • Strong customer service skills • Strong analytical and organization skills • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities • Attention to detail and accuracy in all work activities • Proficiency in office administration tasks such as organizing files and spreadsheets • Proficiency in Apple products and software (Pages, Numbers, Presentation) • Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information • Adaptability and willingness to learn new skills and technologies • High school diploma or equivalent qualification; Bachelor's degree or additional certifications or training in office administration is desirable
