• Respond on a daily basis (M-F) to emails, calls, and all correspondence from clients, vendors and trades teams to assure things are on track at all times. • Must live in the Hudson Valley/Catskills region (no more than 40 min from Kingston, NY) • 3+ years of office management or administrative assitant experience • Extreme Proficiency in Adobe (photoshop, illustrator, Acrobat) and the Google Suite (Slides, Docs, Sheets) • Extremely strong organizational skills, attention to detail, the ability to take initiative, with proactive follow-through • Must be able to drive to to job sites in the Hudson Valley/Catskills as needed • Flexible schedule based on project demands • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, evolving environment • Experience in a studio/creative environment a plus but not needed • Sense of humor and ability to roll with the punches and adapt as needed This position does not offer health benefits, or paid vacation/leave. 3 days in the office, and 2 days flexible from home.
