Studio Administrator – Luxury Interior Design Firm
Koastal Design Group [KDG] is looking for a passionate, professional with strength in office
administration while supporting the design team, to join their exceptional firm. We are located
just blocks from the beach, in the heart of Downtown Naples, in one of the most prestigious
luxury residential design markets in the world! Our renowned Interior Design Firm is seeking a
skilled, organized, talented individual that thrives in a boutique, constantly fast paced, successful
environment, working with one of the most prestigious design firms in Naples, Florida.
Experience Required
No design background needed, opportunity to advance to Studio Manager
Technical Skills Required in PC Based Platform:
Experience in all Microsoft Windows programs, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe
Studio Administrator Role:
Brand Ambassador- supports the design team in design administration and help maintain the
Studio environment.
Studio related responsibilities:
 Maintain task list and e-mail updates and communicate status
 Open and close Studio
 Maintain Studio ,resource library
 Utilize Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, QuickBooks, Outlook
 Maintain Studio schedule ,help confirm meetings & appointments
 Receive & sort mail ,ship packages
 Maintain office supplies equipment and inventory on printed materials [letterhead, business
cards, etc.]
 Assist with marketing tasks
 Facilitate Client and Vendor gifts and thank you communications
Project related responsibilities
 Manage administrative tasks necessary to help facilitate projects
 Assist with product claims and returns
 Assist with tracking orders and scheduling deliveries /installations
 Act as a liaison and representative between Designers, Clients and Vendors
 Manage KDG Inventory/ product receivables and KDG Inventory Lists
Compensation:
Based on skills and experience, Fulltime Salary
