Seeking part time OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR for rapidly growing residential custom remodeling firm. Company is family owned and demands family values in all business transactions. Seeking well-spoken individual with excellent oral and written communication skills. Candidate should have knowledge of book keeping and Quick Books software, ability to communicate professionally with clients and prospective clients via phone and email, maintain accurate vendor records including business forms and insurance certificates, maintain a schedule for sales and field staff, be willing to write work proposals and create templates for proposals, maintain marketing and social media marketing efforts, schedule projects and other administrative oriented tasks. Sketch Up or other computer aided design experience is a plus but not mandatory.
