We are an Interior Design and Architecture recruitment agency looking to hire an Office Assistant for our Los Angeles team to help support a busy team of consultants and to work closely with the Managing Director (MD) assisting on all day-to-day operations. This is a full-time role that will require you to be in office Monday-Friday. Your Responsibilities -Registering candidate applications and running daily team reviews -Preparing weekly sales updates for the team, MD and global executive team -Utilizing current systems to improve productivity, quality, and success -Providing administration support to the MD and wider team.
