Office Assistant for interior design,construction and facility maintenance company part time/ full time The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. Pick up supplies Responsibilities • Answer phones and direct calls with a positive attitude and an energetic work ethic • Marketing: facility maintenance, email/ call etc. • Provide office clients with a hospitable experience • Assist in handling office requests • Order office supplies and provide inventory control system • Filing, help bookkeeping • Update google drive and master on it • Schedule work orders, and contractors • help decorate during Christmas season • Able to lift 50 pounds, and go on ladders up to 8' Qualifications • Great presentation, business casual • VERY GOOD IN Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
