The Office Manager is the central hub for HHG’s daily operations, managing accounting support, You’ll be the first point of contact for visitors, vendors, and clients, while also ensuring our accounting records are accurate, leadership is supported, and all facility spaces reflect the HHG standard of excellence. Responsibilities Include: • Process accounts payable, including entering invoices and ensuring accuracy • Process accounts receivable, including posting payments and preparing bank deposits • Assist with basic reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records • Oversee the overall facility to ensure all spaces are functional, well-maintained, and client-ready • Manage showroom and meeting space calendars, prepare for client meetings, and set up • presentations with client branding on display • Greet and host clients, vendors, and guests in a polished, professional manner • Coordinate travel arrangements and off-site meeting logistics for senior leadership • Support planning and execution of off-site events or leadership meetings • Monitor and order office, showroom, and facility supplies as needed • Manage relationships with facility-related vendors, scheduling maintenance or repairs as • needed • Provide administrative assistance for projects and company initiatives • Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive company or client information
